Elle was so kind to pick mommy and daddy's favorite restaurant (Pei Wei) for her birthday lunch. She enjoyed waving and saying "hey" to the Asian kitty sitting on top of the soda fountain.
Elle then chose to browse through Edwin Watts--one of daddy's favortie stores. Wasn't that nice of her?!! The display of animal head covers was an absolute dream for Elle.
Lastly, we took Elle to Studio 6 to paint her a birthday plate. Kudos to Kelly Wright for this GREAT idea.

No seriously, that plate is stinkin' adorable. Aren't you so glad you have it? Just wait until next BDay and the next...she'll totally get it and look forward to seeing how little her hand was when she was one.
